ActivCare^® at La Mesa is a unique Alzheimer’s care facility offering residential living for residents affected by Alzheimer's Disease or other related dementia. ActivCare^® at La Mesa offers 50 accommodations in a secure, home-like setting.
 

ActivCare^® is an innovative program that bridges the gap between retirement living and skilled nursing care, by recognizing what people with Alzheimer's really need - activity, security and unconditional caring in a supportive, comfortable environment. 

An R.N. Case Manager is available to assess any potential new residents or answer questions regarding desired living services or levels of care.
