Section 125 cafeteria plan where you can pay for your medical premium, plus up to $3,000 in out of pocket medical expenses, including over the counter meds, and up to $5,000 in child care expenses completely tax free, no fed, state, fica or disabililty. You will be eligible for 401k after a six months where you can contribute up to 60% of your earnings.We match 10% of the first 5% you put in . We pay for life insurance for you in the amount of $20,000. We offer 5 days vacation days after a year, 10 after two years, and 15 from your tenth year, plus six holidays.
