Integrity Staffing Inc. was established in 2001 by Lori Schmitt to support the Human Resources community. With more then 25 years of experience working in the staffing industry, along with her belief in building strong relationships and providing sincere honest service, the company was an instant success.

In 2005, Gretchen Bonifield joined the Integrity Staffing team. Gretchen brings over 18 years experience in Human Resources at the Generalist level, 5 of those in the staffing industry.  Lori, Gretchen and the team are well established in the Human Resources community attending several HR events monthly and volunteering on many committees.  Most recently, Gretchen held a board position as VP Conference for SD SHRM for 2 years, leading the 2004 local conference and heading up the volunteer efforts for the 2005 SHRM National Conference, held in San Diego.

Lori has been instrumental in her commitment to the SD SHRM Conferences and Workplace Excellence Awards.  Lori is a past president of CATSS (California Association of Temporary and Staffing Services) and VP of Membership for NHRA (National Human Resources Association).
