About A-Star
Diana Barnes began her staffing career with a large, national staffing firm in 1979. Diana honed her staffing skills as an office support specialist until she established A-Star Staffing in 1999. Her belief in the demand for a ‘quality’ approach to personnel services was the premise on which A-Star was founded. The company was an instant success with more than one million dollars in sales in the first six months of operation.
In addition to a passion for quality, Diana strongly believes in the importance of establishing long term relationships with her client companies. “Some of my clients have been with me for more than twenty years”, she said. “More than any other single factor, word-of-mouth referrals from satisfied clients have contributed to our growth.”

Many staffing services force the client to deal only with a salesperson, so the client isn’t able to work directly with the staffer who is on the recruiting front line.
